I looked briefly, but if you can't find anything I say just buy a tshirt from Michaels and tshirt paint and make it yourself. You can make it precisely how you like it then.

When this film first came out in 2000, I remember reading an article ( PREMIERE magazine I think ) about how Heather Graham got to keep a bunch of her wardrobe from the movie. In the accompanying photo to the story, she was wearing the EYEBALL tee shirt you are referring to. I can't find it, sorry.
