This one ruined the whole love story in the first one.

And many other things.

The first was historically inaccurate for starters. They (Pocahontas and Smith) were never romantically entangled, she only saved his life.

Also sorry to break it to you, but she was 11 and by most accounts bald, before marrying Rolfe, which she did at the tender ange of 13. [well my version of the story is closer than Disney's, don't nitpick].

It's one thing to use creative license on a fairy tale, but on a historically significant person and to this length is a bit much. Way to go Disney.

I liked the first one but now I'm seeing the sequel as the best Disney sequel actually. It was serious and had true elements instead of fake ones.

Smith used to tell a story about another princess saving his life in Europe. Many believe the stories became confused, or maybe Smith was a BS artist.

Smith was known to be a self-entitled, self-serving, stepping-on-others-to-get-what-he-wants type of guy on multiple accounts. He and "Pocahontas" (not her real name, by the way just a nickname for children in their tribe) never had a romantic relationship because she was like 11 and they didn't meet until a few years after John Smith and Jamestown was established on their land. Also, the scenario of her "saving" him didn't even happen. He was a liar as well. In his journals and what-not, he often stated how the Powhatan tribe members treated him nicely and showed him great hospitality. So, there wasn't even any conflict between John Smith and the Powhatan tribe.
