No it's not. I wouldn't get your hopes up for a DVD for another 10 years or so. Even then if Nickelodeon tries to pull another Rewind collection, I wouldn't expect them to include Allen Strange. It's sad really.
shareI wish they'd re-air this. it completely outclasses everything on Nick today. it's really sad how good smart shows like this just don't really exist anymore for kids. sure there was plenty of dumb crap back in my day too but not this much... You could always find something engaging. Now every show is shallow, dumbed down, garbage... oh well...
shareYour best bet is to check Ebay in hope of another copy of the VHS press kit of the first 3 episodes reappears. That's how I found mine.
And I guess until Arjay Smith gets a career defining role, we may never see this series on DVD. Although they have others (Nick Cannon, Romeo, Amanda Bynes and Kenan Thompson and even Robert Richard) with careers and their shows aren't on dvd yet.
