I've actually got this book and its quite good. I thought the film started out well, but went downhill. The ending was pretty bad I think.

I thought "I Know What You Did Last Summer" was a really good adaption of the book. Although it's quite different, it turned out really good! But I wish that "I've Been Waiting For You" had stuck more to "Gallows Hill"...I really liked the book!

I know I'm a BIG fan of Lois Duncan and I'm re-reading her books I LOVE GALLOWS HILL it got me inspired to check out past lives! No i don't think the movies did her justice i mean the movie was good and all but the book gave me goose-bumps!

I agree. Why did they think they had to make stuff up to make it good? The book already rocked!

the book is better for sure, but,,,, I really like christian campbell, so... I think the movie is worth seeing ;)

I liked the movie better. The book was ok.

The real Gallows hill is located at salem Mass,The actual site where the accused witches were executed.

The book is different from the movie in a lot of ways. I like the movie too, but they changed quite a bit from the book. I don't mind the masked killer but that was not in the novel either. I guess the filmmakers were trying to cash in on the "Scream" franchise.
