Many of you may not know this but Tiffani Thiessen says that she was almost up for the role of a Bond girl but instead it went to another person. Tiffani would be hired for her looks as well, she's not an exceptional actress either. It was a smarter choice to go with Denise due to her popularity.

Neither is a good actress so you might as well go for the one with the best boobs which was Thiessen at the time.
shareA Bond girl by definition is not meant to be a good actress. You don't see Julianne Moore or Meryl Streep as Bond girls. They're meant to provide the film with eye candy. And in that respect Denise scores. In spades. Tiffani was in that sequel to that Robert Rodriguez film and she was pretty. Tanya Roberts as Stacey Sutton in AVtaK is fairly poor but I still liked her.
