DVD available from Amazon France with English Subtitles!!

This is truly one of the greatest of all New-Wave films and was enthusiastically presented and promoted by Francois Truffaut upon its release. Any idiot that pans this film and calls it 'dated' does not understand how difficult it is to achieve the poetry of realism that is the essence of New-Wave and with which no 'non-amateurish' 'professional' hundred-million-dollar film of today can ever compete. A film like Scorsese's "Wolf of Wall-Street" is a piece of hack garbage compared to this, regardless of technical virtuosity and flash. The main reason this film is not more widely appreciated is because of its rarely being available for screenings. Well, the wait is over for all true New-Wave fans. A good transfer with optional English subtitles is available for very cheap from Amazon-France:

The only problem is that only the films are subtitled and not the extra features.

If you already have an Amazon U.S. account, just translate the French in an online translator to know what you're clicking on and go through the automatic currency converter to know exactly what you pay in dollars. All you need to play the disc is an all-region DVD player which, if you're a real film fan and do not already have, you should be ashamed of yourself, since so many great foreign flicks are never released in the USA and also many U.S. releases (such as Cammell's "White of the Eye" and "Wild Side") are only released uncut in foreign versions. An all-region player can be had now for less than 50 dollars:

You can also, do what I did, and just order all of Rozier's films (he hasn't made that many and all are practically unknown to non-French audiences) in a box set:
