Is anyone else surprised that of all the seasons, we didn't get a Jennifer Lawerence, Kristen Stewert, or a Josh Hutcheson? Heck even someone getting a show on Disney or Nick would have been expected. It's kinda weird that we really don't see anyone nowadays.
shareHas anyone from a PBS show ever 'broke out'? I might be wrong but I don't think it was as popular of a show as I remember; I'm in my 20s now and watched it back in the first 2 or 3 seasons and none of my friends remember it, most of them said they had never even heard of it.
Disney and Nick are more popular and have more viewers
Actuality a few kids from PBS kids DID break out.
Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, and Kyla Pratt were all on Barney at some point ( according to my research)
They all broke out.
Plus I also heard that Keisha Knight Pullman and Linsey Lohan both had minor roles on Sesame Street and eventually broke out.
