I was a little younger and had a serious crush on her, too. I find it strange she is not listed in the credits, at least not by any name that can be easily converted to "Tishy."

With Red's long hair and Tommy's long hair as well as his unchanged voice (didn't Tommy look a lot like Seth Meyers on SNL?), it got confusing if the three of them appeared together until you learned all the kids, and they often did work together.
Red and Tishy strongly favored.
