Is this the same movie as Shoguns Sadism???

When I checked the user comments for this movie, it seemed identical with another japanese torture movie, Shoguns Sadism. Also, when I checked "external reviews", the reviews were for Shoguns Sadism.

I find it pretty weird that if this is the same movie, it has two pages on IMDb, and different years of releases...
