Haven't seen it but would like to say something

ummmm to the person from Belgium that made fun of the makers of this film talking about Americans doing Alternative comedy and sucking at it.... ummm, are you stupid? Americans created alterative comedy. Do you think well they're americans so they don't know what ALTERNATIVE comedy is... Have you seen "Stella" the TV series in the states? Cuz you can judge one movie and say its American so its not Alternative I'll only give you one show as an example of Alternative comedy. United States has plenty. Even pre-dating Stella there was this certain sketch comedy show called, "The State" that was the Alternative set up for American humor. Of course it did bad but thats only because Americans can be sheep and not understand good comedy when its on the air. If Stella gets finished after only one season I'll be sad. If this movie is Alternative comedy then by God let it rock. The word Alternative in music sucks but the word alternative in TV shows tend to rule. Also look at american shows, "Mr. Show" "Strangers with Candy" and "Upright Citizen Brigade" for fine examples.... especially if they have such cool cast members as Mike Myers in it let it rule!

Just wondering, how old are you?

I agree, that Belgian is just uneducated, we have some brilliant alternative comedy writers in America! "Alternative comedy" is not just for Monty Python or The League of Gentlemen, it can be applied to the Marx Brothers, SCTV, Seinfeld and Larry David's show too and let's not forget Carl Reiner's The Jerk etc. -- just some of the American comedy that broke the mold...That said, I don't consider "Nobody Knows Anything" to be "alternative," just an entertaining pov on the movie business.
