Some questions...Spoilers

I found this movie to pretty good but it left me so unsatisfied on it's conclusion. It went into so many different directions that never had endings.

I hope someone can fill me in some of the things i felt needed interpretation as to help me understand.

Did the husband not love his wife, because he said he never love Rachael's mother.

In the end did Bertie keep the son of Aubrey or give him back to Rico.

What did one think when he sat with his mistress was it a good-buy from him to her.

What did you feel Bertie's reason for not wanting to wear a condom with Aubrey when she said she had aids/hiv. did he feel she was lying to him or he did not care if he caught the disease. or maybe he wanted her to feel no one wanted her in this way so he wanted to please her.
