Does anyone know...

Don't know maybe Best Buy but not sure if they dubbed all the episodes. What I did was buy the episodes on Ebay overseas for Manga International set with subtitles. Great quality. Subtitles weren't the best but it's very easy to follow along. Nowadays you can get a good deal for them.
