Do all the versions of the 1986 film use the Saturation effect to tone down the violence or is it available unaltered? Anyone any idea?

Its the way it was made period. Just like the so called "draw" ending is not the original ending (hell look at the art work),as i saw this movie back in '87 on a bootleg VHS with TERRIBLE translation ("but you died" after he attacks Zetto). And it had the Raoh wins ending.
