i plan on buying the new 2009 dvd release but i want to make sure im getting what i want first. does it have english and japanese dubs? has the music or sounds of any kind been altered in any way? has the picture been cleaned up to an extreme?

I would just like to point out...
The 2009 DVD you're asking about... The video linked as a preview for this 1986 movie IS the preview link for the 2009 DVD.
The movie page (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0142371/)should have been linked to a preview of the ORIGINAL 1986 release, which was what I was expecting, but this video is NOT a preview of the 1986 video. The 2009 DVD is a different movie altogether. There is no confrontation with Shin or Raoh in the 2009 movie.
