Should have cut Rei out

Rei wasn't needed in this movie. He was just empty spaceafter rescuing Airi "Oh well now that I've rescued my sister I might as well tag along with team Ken." He didn't do anything important after that. And his death wasn't exactly sad either. He was just there because he was a popular character in the series.

If you think I'm a Rei hater I am so not. In fact he's my favourite character. His role in chapter two was amazing. He was a very layered character that you cared for. He started out as the mysterious rogue who later transforms into a noble warrior. He's transition made that chapter. It showed just how much impact Ken has on people. Yeah so all in all Rei's appearence added nothing to this movie.

I think replacing him with Toki would have been better. I mean why have only three of the Hokuto brothers. The story revolved around the succession of the Fist of the North Star right? Toki is an important element to that part of the story.
