Wonderful...

I cant believe that i am the first user to comment on this brilliant UK short film.

I first saw 'Fridge' last year when borrowing a DVD of 'The Magdalene Sisters' from a friend, the short film was one of the DVD's many extras and i actually enjoyed 'Fridge' more than 'The Magdalene Sisters' itself.

I then saw it again yesterday while watching a Cinema 16 DVD and was equally impressed on my second viewing.

I dont want to spoil the film, but 'Fridge' generates a real sense of claustrophobia and has to be one of the most disturbing films that i have ever seen, and perfectly symmetrical to this is the film's beautiful grainy texture.

'Fridge' is worth 15-20 minutes of anyone's time, see it if you ever get the chance.

"Me? I don't talk much...I just cut the hair."

where can i get hold of it?

www.cinema16.org
it's included in the european short films.

i can only agree with the first poster. pretty powerful movie that showed me that there's more to the ideal world which i'm living in (even more so than other good films that deal with this topic).

The Cinema 16 DVD is so so good.
My favourite film of all time is on there.... 'Home' by Morag McKinnon.
