Exactly how badly did they mess around with this film when they dubbed it?
I've only ever seen the Toonami version, and it seemed to jump around a lot so I guess that it was pretty badly mutilated.
Is there a list of EXACTLY what was cut?

The toonami version of it is very different from the actual english version. for instance, they replaced all of the original songs by dreamtheater and others with tendril.

Well its been about a year and a half since i saw the tv version so i dont remember much but i do have it on dvd. How was the plot on the toonami version?

Gohan arrives, finds son-Goku dying, he dies the andriod come out of nowhere killed everybody but gohan and trunks. Skip forward a few years.
Androids blow up a city, teen trunks goes back to find it destroyed meets up with Gohan. Gohan trains Trunks but it isn't enought and they are beaten.
Gohan trains trunks some more then wacks him on the head and goes off to finght the androids and is never seen again.
Bulma offers trunks the use of the time machine but he refuses.
three years later Trunks goes off to fight the android but is beaten and left or dead.
He then uses the time machine and the film end.

A lot of the film felt rushed, particularly the bit where Gohan dies. I've heard that his arm is cut off and that Trunks finds his body, but I certainly don't remember seeing either of those bits in the Toonami version.

Big one at this. Gohan definetley loses his left arm in the fight with androids in super world( not the fight when he dies). They might have cut it out because it was to violent or something if it wasnt on toonami. How recently did you see it?

Ok this is how it goes, Trunks flys off into the city and finds it destroyed and gets pissed then gohan arives, gos back to bulmas and begs to be trained, gohan trains trunks and after that trunks trys to go super saiyan(at night) then immedietly it shows an amusement park(Super world) and the androids but in front of a line for a rollercoaster and a man trys to stop them then shoots an energy beam causing panic,Gohan and trunks are flying looking down at the people running away, the androids are about to get on a merry go round then gohan and trunks arive and gohan fights 17 and later 18 joins in later, and thats the fight gohan loses his arm. and the fight after that gohan dies. I guess they might of cut that out to make it 30 mins or because it was violent or something even though it wasnt that violent. Once again, when was it on earlier this year?, because i saw it like two years ago.
