Chronology?

I was just curious as to when this movie takes place in the story...

Considering Gohan is Super Saiyan and Trunks has his long hair, it is sometime after they emerge from the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. This places it somewhere in the Cell Saga. Trunks returns to his own time after the defeat of Cell, so it is before Cell is destroyed. In addition to this, Goku is still alive. All of this, to me anyway, places the events after the emergence of the fighters from the Hyperbolic Time Chamber and before the Cell Games. Is that logical?

I was just curious if anybody had any better ideas of where in the story this takes place. Thanks :)
