Now I know some of you probably know this but to clear some things up
Broly wasn't the ORIGINAL "Legendary super Saiyan" because in the episode "The End of Vegeta" Vegeta talks about the legendary saiyan saying that he couldn't control his energy and was destroyed along with the Saiyan's OG homeworld. Also, Broly isn't canon.

Thanks captain obvious considering that saiyan lived 1000 years before then and Broly was born on the same day as Goku.
