At the end of the movie where Picollo and Vegeta are sat on the Iceberg "P: Is it over?" "V: Not until the fish jumps" SPLASH "V: It's over.." has got to be one of the funniest things i have seen in regards to the both of them. Is this a refrence to something or was it just put there for a laugh at the end?

I thought it was funny too, I think it was a reference to old kung fu movies or something, how quick a fish is etc.
