saiyans could pretty much kick the crap out of anyone. write out a scenario.

early Vegeta vs. sailor moon
Sailor moon sees Vegeta. Luna comes up and shouts "He's evil!" Sailor Moon whips out her crystal wand and says "moon healing escalation!" Vegeta gets all tingly. He looks Sailor Moon in the eye and her head comes completely off.
