Gogeta+Time=3 minutes

They only showed Gogeta for 2mins,3mins tops the whole movie was supposed to be about Fusion and they barely had any of that they showed that Veku fatass longer than Gogeta I liked the movie alot but they should have show Gogeta longer in it.

yeah and i also thought it was dumb that once they turned into gogeta they instantly killed him that just ruined everything for me

reply

this is the worst dbz movie, it could really be a great fight

reply

I agree. Good movie, but for being called Fusion Reborn,it should have shown Fusion longer.

reply

it was about fusion reborn not fusion itself, it was about goku trying to convince vegeta that fusion is the only way to win.

reply

i agreed to you! this is one of my favorites, of course they would beat janemba easily after the fusion!

reply

I thought the same thing.
Gogeta's apperance was way too short.
They should have had him fighting Janemba for longer and also possibly showing Janemba powering up even higher and using powerful techniques and attacks against Gogeta and then seeing how Gogeta fights against Janemba's strongest attack.

Basically if they had shown the fight to be longer and more complex, we could appreciate Gogeta more and get a better perspective of how strong the character is.

If you don't believe me. Then think about the fight between Super Saiyan Goku and Freiza.

If Goku had gone ss1 and then killed frieza within a few seconds after going SS. That would suck because you wouldn't know exactly how powerful and awesome goku was in his new super saiyan form.

Instead, in the series they showed the fight properly and had Goku fighting frieza for a long period of time so that you could see how much stronger Goku had become since turning SS.

A longer fight makes it more interesting and entertaining. It was sort of a waste to show a new fusion character and then only have him appear for only a few minutes.

I think this is a great movie though. One of the better DBZ movies out there. But the Gogeta thing was abit disappointing.

they wanted to show the gap was so wide that drawing out the fight would've been pointless. They weren't ready to showcase how strong Gogeta was probably at least until GT vs Omega Shenron.
