Why no Unrated DVD?

On his commentary the director mentions quite a few cuts demanded by the MPAA.

Why don't they release a fully uncut version on DVD? I mean, every single POS movie and its sequel get the 'Extended version' treatment. Why not this film which was massively cut for its theatrical release and obviously suffers because of it?
