(A veteran New York Detective named Derrin must combine forces with his prisoner; a deadly Triad enforcer named Wan, who was planning to testify against his employer's rival Yakuza mob boss, Nam-il Fu, when Fu's entire organization attempts to assassinate them both in broad daylight.
