Elvis... as in Perfect Dark?

I noticed there's a guy named Tony Daniels who plays a character called Elvis in this series...

He also did the voicework for the little alien guy Elvis in Perfect Dark (N64).
Is the Elvis in this series the same?

No, this one was Elvis, as in Presley.

They did a more convincing job with the Elvis Presley character in the original Eerie Indiana.
