Does Tilda Swinton wear a special prosthetic bodysuit in order to look pregnant and fat? Usually she is a skinny woman, but of course she might have gained weight in order to fullfill her character.

She gave birth to twins in 1997, then started filming this in March of 1998. I think her body was real.
