Gene wearing a Members Only jacket at the start of season 6

Its interesting seeing as how the ending went with the mysterious guy in the members only jacket in the final scene. Maybe i'm late to the party on realizing this but i recently went back and watched season 6 again and realized it.

It is funny knowing how Gene killed himself because Tony wouldn't let him leave, and in the final episode supposedly maybe a guy in a members only jacket kills Tony.

I mean the Members Only Jacket guy at the end can't be just some dude who went to take a piss, has to be the guy who kills Tony, why have the Members Only Jacket mentioned in the first episode of season 6 if it means nothing? To me it was obviously a small hint at Tony's fate, i mean the episode was called members Only, why so much emphasis on it if it wasn't a foreshadow?
