1) No. Ralph was a psychopath. Tony B was just a hot head and too impulsive.
2) Valentina was hotter, and more mentally stable. Gloria was always a moment away from coming unhinged. Valentina was never like that. Even when she threatened to kill herself when Tony dumped her, nobody including Tony took her seriously.
Tony B was nothing like Ralphie.
Seriously. That has to be the most random character comparison one could come up with. They're not even remotely alike to the point I'm thinking the OP probably got the names mixed up with a different character.

shareI think Ralph Cifaretto was a lot like Ritchie Aprile. Both psychopaths but Ritchie certainly amped it up a lot more than Ralphie.
