Who actually owned Satriale's?

I know Tony's dad pretty much took it over when the owner owed him a bunch of money from gambling, who took over when he died? Jr? Tony? I'm guessing Tony since he uses it as a hangout, though I've never heard him mention it as a source of income or anything. If him and Jr were partners, I'm guessing Tony pretty much took control when Jr got arrested.

In the Sopranos wiki page it says Tony is a co-owner of Satriale's. Uncle Jr. was the other owner...for a time.

When Tony called Bobby into Satriale's in season 1, he specified that Jr. gets to keep 5% of his "shy, the sports betting, same with the calk (sp?)...the joint fitters' union, it's all his", but "as far as the rest of everything that Jr. owns, it's now mine".

So in short, Tony became the sole owner.
