How Fast Could Christopher Run 100 Meters?

In Pine Barrens he tells/reminds Paulie how fast he can run and comments that he would leave Paulie "in the dust". Paulie seems to acknowledge this in a serious manner and even urges Christopher not to leave him alone.

Also, when Mikey Palmice is assassinated we see Christopher successfully chase down Mikey and very efficiently execute him. This shows that he obviously has some degree of stamina as despite him running some distance to chase down his prey he still had the strength of mind and body to be able to accurately shoot and hit his intended target. On top of this we mustn't forget that Mikey was no slouch - he was a practised runner, often going on lengthy runs in the morning, yet Christopher was still able to confidently chase him down.

So, how fast do you think Christopher could run 100 meters in? I'm estimating he could cover that distance in about 12-13 seconds.
