timeless?

i was watching this last night with my boyfriend.. and we both agreed that the events just seem kind of timeless...

its almost impossible for me to wrap my head around the fact that this happened in the nineties.. it sounds like something that would happen DECADES ago, before any of us were born. or in an alternate type universe.

the fact that this kind of thing was going on when i was in school and listening to the spice girls blows my mind. that such a crazy lifestyle was going on and just a couple years later the whole thing would be shut down before it even started.

anyone else feel this way?
