Couldn't they have come up with a better video cover?

I've always wondered about this ever since I laid eyes on it.

This video came out in 1997. The front cover is essentially a dated publicity shot of the pair from what looks like series 2 (judging by the lighting and Rik's slicked-back hair) projected over a stock photograph of a palm tree against a backdrop of a clear blue sky.

Surely they could have used actual photos (or even screenshots) of the duo and of the set during the '97 tour, but, no, whoever it was who was in charge elected to use a five-year-old shot of the pair wearing attire you'd see them in if they were at the Lamb & Flag or something, in front of a REAL palm tree; the ones on the tour were obviously hilarious props. I also recall Rik having bleached blond hair and they both had Hawaiian-style clothing on, given they were on a desert island.

Perhaps they were short of time or (holiday) mon(k)ey.

Who else found this choice odd?

Yeah it looks more like a front cover to one of the series. Obviously just wanted to show them in their 'classic' and best known form, maybe to boost video sales?
