I am a fan of all that appeared in this film but I hated it what a waste of such great talent ,caroll oconners eyebrows I dont understand they different from shot to shot. The music was corny not up to snuff for what could have been a good film if it had a story ,please a missing page from health report {call the doctor or the family}. This was one of Shelley Winters last roles how sad in such a film.
shareI have not yet seen the movie, but from your description it sounds as if the plot could have been character, rather than action driven. Don't panic, there is plenty of room for both types of movie, and the fact that both types, and others, are available means that we have a CHOICE - right? Or do you wish to deny the viewing public that little privilege??

I hope the eyebrows isnt the only excuse why you did not like the movie. Great little movie and Great performances all around. The music might me a bit corny, but it fits perfect in the movie. What other kind of music would you expect in a retirement home environment?! Now just because you didnt like the movie doesn't mean Shelley Winters didn't do a good job in it!
