can someone explain it a bit and help me understand?
I think what best sums it up is what Ben said at the end to his fiance. There are choices you make, such as choosing to protect the ones you love, which i believe is why he decided to not run off with Sara. Sometimes the ordinary and mundane, although not fun, provides the security and protection one might be looking for in a relationship. Just my opinion.
