A GREAT MOVIE

I thought that CENTRAL STATION was a Great MOVIE. The young actor did a great job of acting. It was a very heart warming movie. It has a great plot and a good story. The plot of the whole movies that this young man wanted to find his dad cause he had not seen him in a long time. But unfortunately he did not find his dad, but he did find his dad's house and I guess he stayed at the house. This young man owes a great deal of thanks to that woman who helped him find his dad's house. I would recommend this movie to anybody. I read where this young man was a shoe shine boy. One day a Hollywood Scout saw him and ask him if would like being in a movie and of course he said "yes".

I also agree - excellent movie, really touching (especially the emotional ending) and amazing acting from the young boy.

Yes, it is a terrific film. In fact, I saw it twice when it came out - ten
years ago! Only this evening did I finally break down and purchase it on
DVD. Wonderful film.

I think it's sad so many people don't bother with foreign films. They
don't want to bother with subtitles (which I agree, distract from
studying the actors' expressions).

If people are looking to explore foreign cinema, this is a good place to
start.
