What is the photo viewer called at the end of the picture?

At the end of the picture the 2 are looking in these pocket picture viewfinder things. I was wondering exactly what were they called and if they are possible to purchase online.

They are called "monóculos fotográficos" or just "monóculos" (which also means the eye glass monocles) in Portuguese. See http://www.monoculos.com.br/.

Is there any way to get them custom made in the U.S.?

Try posting on an American photography forum. Show them the pictures, so they'll tell you the English name for it and where to buy some.
