Wastes a lot of precious time

Lot of pretty shots that take up time, as if they had to show every sunset or waterfall they came across, even if it looks like every sunset or waterfall shown five seconds previously.

Film doesn't seem to know what it wants to do, until it gets to the tribal section, and then it becomes fascinating. I kind of wish they'd just focused on the tribes or focused on flora/fauna life in the canopy.

As an all round compressed version of the Amazon, it still felt like they had to fill up the time with those random shots of water features and then add a little story in about a man trading glacier water for medicine. That's the problem with IMAX films... 30–40 minutes isn't long enough or short enough. Strange.
