'Mighty Max: the Return of Skullmaster'

I read somewhere a long while back that Tim Curry enjoyed voicing Skullmaster in the animated series so, I started up a treatment for a live action movie idea. Anybody like this idea?

- "Mighty Max: the Return of Skullmaster" takes places AFTER the the 93'-94' cartoon series.

- Max, (now older -19) is stuck in a ground hog day type scenario.

- The film takes place AFTER the second time Max was chosen to be "The Mighty One". meaning, something happened after the last episode of the series and the start of this film. Something not seen. (Max failing to save his friends again)

- Even though Skullmaster is in the main title, his role will only be short and sweet (15-20 minutes total). The main villian of the film will be Warmonger. (A few lava creatures will also be incorporated into the film)

- The cap should shape shift in the film. Example; If max is in the snow, the cap becomes a red snow hat. If in the desert, the hat becomes a red turban and so on. But, Majority of the time it will remain a cap.

- Instead of having to go to a mini mart at the beginning, Max will have to go to a laundrymat. The intro of the film will resemble the pilot episode but, minor things will be changed. It's that way so that, anybody who watched this in the 90's will "get it" and kids of today will think this is a whole new story.

- A Thanksgiving film (There will be references to Thanksgiving and Christmas; Christmas lights on houses, A turkey in the fridge, ect.)

- Virgil will be a little person in a suit. A suit similar to something from "Where The Wild Things Are"

- A vortex will be used to get max and co. from one place to another (In Max's universe at Max's time) and a portal will bend time and space to take Max to the past.
