Help identify an old kids cartoon.

Does anyone remember a cartoon show from circa '93-'96 that was about a bunch of friends (not sure if they had super powers) but there was a girl dressed like Wonder Woman and a huge buff dude with a big jaw and little legs who would drive a gigantic monster truck with six wheels. I can barely remember what it was about but I loved it. Any clue??

I also need help to remember a cartoon from that area. There was a muscular cat like figure in a red armor. If I remember correctly he had team of other animals. There was spaceships battles and all that.
It's from that same area.

The only thing I can think of is Bucky O'Hare and the Toad Wars?
