did anyone else notice the horrible editing at the end?

At the end of the movie, when the mother is in the asylum, just before the night crew rapes her, did you notice the terrible editing/continuity errors? For instance, it shows the two men walking towards the door, shows them INSIDE the room for about a second, then back to them opening the door, then shows that VERY SAME SHOT of them inside the room AGAIN! It's like someone chopped pieces of the celluloid up and taped them back together in the wrong order. There's another screw-up just like this a few minutes later just before the orderly rapes the woman. They are both very brief, you'd have to use slow-mo, but if you've fallen asleep by the end of this boring movie...you'll miss them.
