Is this movie similar to 'Its Alive'?

I haven't seen this movie yet, but I've seen It's Alive, another movie about a killer baby, so I just wanted to know if this movie is similar or not. Or which one is the better horror flick. thanks in advance!

I haven't seen It's Alive, but I'm going to go ahead and say no.
This movie is so terrible that it's unique in it's terribleness.
You can't really compare it to anything.
