R?

No sex scenes. Just brief nudity (a classroom full of nude students). I've seen the movie several times and there's no profanity as far as I can tell.

They say *beep* once. And one "s***". Hardly worth an R rating. There are two brief scenes of nudity, however. We know how much this country hates breasts...but seeing someone get shot a few times sometimes only warrants a PG-13. Gotta love our value system...

It may have been the sex dolls Jason Lee's character was making, then there was the scene of how and why Mumford became Mumford, that was fairly intense.

There are also two breast scenes where he is retelling some of his life story. Not too graphic, since we see things from the waist up and also from his point of view, so there isn't any contact, just what the women would look like from his point of view.

Some profanity, but nothing like what you'd see in a typical adult comedy or action film.

It is a pretty thougtful film....
