I have just watched this movie, and found it creepy and disturbing in a good way. They didn't show anything gratuitously, but I was affected, nonetheless.
I noticed something strange when I looked up the actors. They were born in the years 1922, 1933 and 1944 (mother, son and kidnapped model, respectively). That actually creeped me out a bit.
I noticed this also. Another odd thing is that Eiji Funakoshi died on his birthday-not so odd in itself but, along with the 22,33,44....strange!
shareI just saw this movie on Showtime Beyond. The whole movie was strange. And the ending was downright twisted. I think if I had been drinking large quantities of alcohol I would have been able to appreciate it more.
