How old would the character of Helena be? I'm concidering using one of her monologues for a class project...but I don't know how old she wouuld be...and I have been given an age limit on my choice of character.

Usually, it's accepted that the "young lovers" are in their teens. They are referred to as "young", we know that they are unmarried, and they are awfully rebellious (like eloping). Shakespeare experts pretty much always agree that they are teenagers. They could be anywhere between 15 and 18.
I agree, and if anything Shakespeare's young female lovers could even be younger. For example Miranda of The Tempest was barely 15, and Juliet was not quite 14.
