Does anyone happen to know where I could find a copy of the script from "The Boys"? I've heard that some of the dialogue in the movie is hard to understand and I would like to be able to read it. I have not been able to find anything.
shareI'm not sure where to find a script, but I did have trouble understanding the dialog. As I noted in my comment on the movie, I found it very helpful to turn on closed caption when watching it from a cable recording. That greatly enhanced my comprehension and appreciation for the movie. I think I would have had trouble following it without that.

The Net's a wonderful thing. Well, once you get past tariffs and whatnot. Shannon, you can always buy from overseas outlets, just have to check that they ship internationally and stuff. I wouldn't have realized it either, but being Canadian = buying US a lot these days, our service for Amazon.ca sucks.

There was a box set of films produced or directed by Robert Connolly released in 2006. It includes The Boys, The Bank and Three Dollars as well as a bonus dvd. The bonus dvd includes a documentary by Robert on the political and social themes of the 3 movies as well as scripts or screenplays for each movie.

I have had the box set for 2 days now. So far I have watched The Boys twice and checked out the bonus dvd. The other 2 films are highly regarded and each dvd has great extras.
Robert Connolly recently produced Romulus, My Father starring Eric Bana and Kodi Smit-McPhee, a brilliant new actor who was 9 years old when the film was made.
Highly recommended!
