You are right, The Thirteenth Floor is in out of the print for blu-ray and DVD and has been for a long time.

The highest I ever seen is $28 for blu-ray on eBay but the cheapest I saw was 16 dollars. I bought blu-ray for $12 (Region A) on eBay. Now, wasn't sure if you referred the price on Region A (NA) or Europe because Europe print is expensive like $40-50 dollars. Although, DVD is very cheap.

I read this post and immediately went to Amazon and ordered the blu Ray. I had a feeing this wasn't gonna be available much longer and there was no way I was gonna miss out on owning a copy of this underrated 90's sci-fi noir classic! It arrived today and I'm glad I got it at a reasonable price before it skyrockets when it goes out of print and even used copies on eBay cost an arm and a leg. Thanks for the heads up!

I bought the VHS for 25 cents and watched it last night.
