Help finding a song

My brother taped TOTP a lot in the 90s but had a habit of cutting the artist names and song titles menu. The only clue I have for this one is I think it was from 1993 or 1994.

There's a stunning song that sounds like something by Hans Zimmer, very dramatic, think there's some latin choir in it. The music video looked like it was a soundtrack to a movie set in the 1800s, there was something about a bell, I thought it's perhaps the liberty bell but I'm not sure. I have an mp3 of it but it's quite low quality because it was recorded on a cheap digital camera from the old VHS playing, if anyone thinks they can help please have a guess or ask for the mp3 and I'll dig it out. I'd much appreciate it.
