Wtf happened to Goku...did he just turn into a living ghost or something? He seemed to have aged normally, but why did he have to leave and absorb the Dragonballs?

Also, in the GT movie, Pan's great-great-grandson finds the 4 star Dragonball. How come they reappeared?

Last question: What happened to everyone else? Meaning Chichi, Bulma, Videl, Trunks, Gohan, Goten, Vegeta, Mr. Satan, Uub, Gill, etc.?

Goku left with Shenron and that's all we know for sure. Perhaps he became a guardian for the dragonballs or some kind of demi god due to his pure heart and selflessness. I like the fact that his ultimate fate was left vague yet still a happy ending.
