How many times has each character died?
I am very curious how many times everyone has died.

Goku: 2 times (killed by Piccolo's special beam cannon with Raditz and when Cell destroys Kaioh-sama's planet)
Gohan: 1 time (killed when Majin Buu destroys earth)
Yamucha: 2 times (Killed by one of Nappa's Saibamen and by Majin Buu)
Tienshinhan: 2 Times (Killed during the fight with Nappa and when Buu destroys earth)
Chaozu: 3 times (in Dragon Ball, killed by Piccolo Daimaoh, in DBZ, killed by sacrificing himself to beat Nappa and when Buu destroys Earth)
Vegeta: 2 times (killed by Frieza and by blowing himself up to beat Majin Buu)
Krillin: 3 times (In Dragon Ball, killed by Piccolo Daimaoh; in DBZ kille by Frieza and by Majin Buu)
Master Roshi (Kame Sennin): 2 times (killed by Piccolo Daimaoh in Dragon Ball and when Buu destroys earth)
Trunks: 1 time (killed when Buu destoys Earth)
Piccolo: 1 time (Killed when Buu destroys Earth)
Goten: 1 time (killed when Buu destroys Earth)
Bulma, Gyumaoh, Oolong, Puar, etc. : 1 time (turned into chocolate and eaten by Majin Buu)

You missed some.
Trunks has died twice, because Cell killed him during the Cell games, he was shot in the chest with one of his beams.
And I don't know if its right, but I think Vegeta was also killed by Krillin when he wanted Dende to bring him backs so he would have more power against Frieza, so he would have died 3 times.
Vegeta never died when Krillin attacked him on Namek (at Vegeta's request) .
Future Trunks did not die from Cell, he was almost at death, then Shenron healed him.
Also Master Roshi was not killed by King Piccilo (spelling), Roshi died when he brought the Mafuba wave to a conclusion, but failed to put King Piccilo into the jar.
Krillin Died 4 times, he was also killed by Android 17 in Dragon Ball GT

Actually, Future Trunks did die. Shenron, with the first wish, brought him back to life along with everyone else that were killed by Cell (what about 16? plothole!). The second wish was, of course, removing the bombs from within 17 and 18.
sharePiccalo also died from nappa, he knocked piccalo out at first then he woke up and shot nappa, didnt work then nappa killed him. Dumping piccalo in the pile of dead people with yamcha, tien, and choutzu.

Trunks did not die twice. Future Trunks is basically a compltelty diffrent Trunks then the Present Trunks who died only once by Buu when he blew up the Earth, Future trunks was killed by Cell and brought back.

You forgot about Piccolo being blown up with the earth in GT.
*Cell did kill future Trunks.(I can't remember but didn't 1st form cell kill Trunks in another timeline too?)
*Krillin did not kill Vegeta, it's kind of obvious seeing how Dende can't bring people back to life.
*Android 16 didn't come back because he's 100% machine.(he can be rebuilt)
*Present Trunks and Future Trunks should be separate imo.
Gohan was there from the very beginning of DBZ and the only time he died was when he was unconscious when the planet blew up. That's almost as good as Hercule. :)

shareNo Future Trunks def died by a ki blast from cell when cell came back after Goku Instant transmitted them to King Kais planet to blow up. Remember, Vegeta went ape when he saw Cell kill him and when they wished all the people back Trunks all of a sudden was alive again.
Also he did die by imperfect cell (ie the cell from teh cell games) when cell wanted to use his time machine to go back to teh past to absorb Android 17 and 18. But that was an alternate timeline as well. There were 3 timelines. One that Future Trunks came from. One where Future Trunks went back in time and killed the androids but died when cell killed him as we was going to go back in time again. Then there was the one that the DBZ main story line follows. So I guess Trunks died once in each timeline LOL.

Krillin died 4 times def once in DB by king Piccolo then the 2nd time on Namak 3rd time was in the Buu saga then the last time (before his natural death after the series ends) was when 17 killed him in GT.
Piccolo died once in the Saiyan saga saving Gohan, he died a second time when the earth blew up and a third (and last time) when he pulled a Goku and stayed on the planet earth and blew up with it so the Black Star Dragonballs would be gone forever so he died 3 times. He didnt die durring the world martial arts tournament at the end of DB (Goku wanted a nemisis) and he didnt die when Trunks and Goten pushed his statue over by accident (he regenerated himself lucky Namaks!)
And actually Hercule, Pan AND Bra (Bulla) are the only 3 characters I can think of who never die inthe series. Somehow Hercule managed to be the lucky bastard who (ironicaly) who never got the pleasure of having an unconventional death when all the odds were against him. And as far as I know since Pan and Bra are born at the end of DBZ (after the earth blows up for the 1st time)they avoided all those mishaps and also in GT they never died atleast I know Pan never did and I am pretty sure Bra never did either she was possessed but never died so yeah.
Goku: 2xs - once by Piccolos special beam cannon when it hits him and Radditz while holding him back in the begining of DBZ and then again when he blew up with Cell on King Kais.
Krillin: 4xs once by Tambourine in DB, once by Freiza in DBZ, got turned into chocolate by Majin Buu in DBZ and Android 17 killed him in GT (poor Krillin)
GOhan, Trunks (kid), Goten, Tien and everyone else left on earth: All killed when the earth exploded
Piccolo: 3xs once in DBZ when he was killed protecting Gohan from Nappa, and then again in DBZ when the earth blew up then again in GT by choice he stayed on earth and died when it exploded (again)
Vegeta: twice, once he was killed by Freiza on Namek and then again when he self destructed to try and kill Buu.
Master Roshi: 2xs once in DB and then again in DBZ he was turnedinto chocolate and eaten.
Chichi: once she was turned into an egg and flattened by majin buu.
Bulma, Videl, Puar, Yamcha, 18, Marron, Ox King, Oolong, and Mr. Popo: all turned into chocolate and eaten by Majin buu.
Hercule is the only one born before the end of the buu saga that has never died...
that leaves Dende where (if I am mistaken) think he was killed on Namek...but I could be wrong....because in the show when they make the wishes he was like yeah im alive alright...

That's the best I can do for now
Everything is good except for Tapion since he's not dead since Hildegarn was killed and he didn't needed to return to the magic box, he was given the time machine to return to his own planet, the one you forgot was Tapion's brother that was stepped on by Hildegarn. But that's a great list.
