Dragonball GT.....what were they thinking??

I agree 99%. I don't count GT. Actually no one should since it is non canon to begin with. The buu saga is really were everything ended off. There is only one thing I disagree with and that is that the show only focused on goku being the hero all the time. vegeta really didn't get anywhere near good until the fight against omega shenron. so even vegeta was put aside for a super cocky goku which is completely unlike goku to begin with.

and why would it be automatically better just cos AT's writing it? you saw buu saga right? it SUCKED. besides he said in an interview if he continued dbz, his sequel would be a gag manga about mr satan and mr buu.

so what? there are spin off sequels in hollywood by different writers/directors all the time. just because they arent by the original writer doesnt mean they cant be counted. plus toriyama had a hand in gt and said its the continuation of the story.

pussies dont look a villain immensely stronger than himself in the eye and still attacks him head on. why are they pussies? cos gohan didnt really beat any main villains? you must have hated gohan in saiyan saga and buu saga. gohan in gt is about as far from a pussy as you can possibly get. if your talking about how they appear weak all the time, weakness =/pussy. it would then make roshi a pussy. it would make tien a pussy. not fair is it?

kai got cancelled for legal reasons and its only 30 episodes longer than gt.

because you dont understand a thing and didnt watch gt properly. the 17 clone they made in hell is stronger than kid buu. and the original 17 had dormant power on cell's level but since 17 didnt listen to orders, gero supressed it. plus the fusion they used isnt just 17 + 17. its their full power multiplied together.

he isnt. at least pan and vegeta get some real decent screentime and goku would be dead without his friends help several times in gt.

you were right why in gt they need to turn goku to child! they don't make sense and krillin, yamcha, tien and piccolo are gone to help fight in the stories! and goku 4 is terrible idea they should stay only until goku 3!

I enjoyed GT. But I was never a die hard fan anyway. And I didn't really like the way Z ended. Keep in mind this was before BATTLE OF GODS, a film I actually have yet to see.

I've been watching DB GT and yes, it's very bad, specially little brat Pan, she has the worst of Mr. Satan and beyond. All she did was beating up that little robot and was that supossed to be funny? She even gave Goku a hit in the head. Weird, since japanese culture is very respectuful to elder people, specially when they are close relatives.

Why Goku`s skin tone is darker? I thought Vegeta was more like tan and Trunks likewise, but in this series Goku is darker and Trunks is pale.

I'm a Z fan from wayback and at age 29 just watched Season 1 of DBGT, and I must say I am pleasantly surprised.

It's faster paced, entertaining, and has most of the DB characters that you want to see. I thought the Baby saga was actually awesome!

I don't care whether DBGT happened in canon or not, maybe it's an alternate timeline.
